A Release Train Engineer (RTE) is tasked with coordinating and guiding the activities of an Agile Release Train, which is essentially a combination of smaller agile teams working on the same solution. 1. Creating a Prioritized List of Features: The RTE compiles a list of features to be included in the planning process. This step can differ significantly if it is the company's first PI Planning session.
